Ok, so I get that this infographic (about how technology affects our sleep) is sponsored by a bed company (how ironic : ).  But it makes sense, doesn't it?  They are just doing their part to make sure we are focused on turning off the tech and getting our beauty sleep (and, yep, some of us need it more than others).

My new favorite expression (learned from the infographic):  #melatoninsuppression (and it ain't a good thing).

The LinkedIn Tidal Wave

It's hard to argue against LinkedIn's effectiveness with these kind of numbers.  And, when it's typically the first work-related site I access in the morning, and the last one I close out each night.

But really, only 50% of LinkedIn users have a completed profile?
