NextGreatHire is led by Dennis Smith who brings 20+ years of experience in agency and Fortune 50 corporate recruiting. Smith is the past founder and talent consultant of WirelessJobs.com, Inc., and was recently a contributing co-author to Guerrilla Marketing for Job Hunters 3.0.

Dennis has held recruiting leadership roles at  T-Mobile USSt. Jude Medical, Samsung, and AT&T Wireless. He is currently a  Director of Talent Acquisition at Ericsson, and enjoys speaking at recruiting conferences and corporate events where he brings focus to his passion for the #CandE and its impact on recruiting and personal brand.

He is passionate about building recruiting teams that are disciplined, human-centered, and focused on creating a better experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
