How to Stay Awake at Work

"Staying awake at work is one of the more difficult things to do for most people!" (Are they serious?!)

Here are some tips on how to stay awake on the job from (is this absolutely necessary?).
  1. Try and take a break to get up and walk around every half hour at least. Go get a drink, go to the bathroom, the copy machine/printer, wherever.
  2. Drink coffee or coke/pepsi/mountain dew to keep caffeine in your system.
  3. Multi-task-- try and do more than one thing at a time. Doing one thing for a long period of time will make you zone out and fall asleep easier.
  4. Don't sit in the same position for extended periods of time. Move your head, arms, legs, body.
