...ok, not literally, and it's a good thing. Because we'd likely have far less recruiters on this planet if the title of this post were true. But seriously, if you want a sure-fire way to improve candidate experience ... tell the truth.
For the candidate, closure is king. Even if they don't get the job, good ol' honest closure will exponentially improve the "candidate-experience" (and I promise, there's data for that...somewhere).
