DEAM12: An Arizona Experience

Hangin' out in AZ this week with some teammates, and working in some learning and fun as well at the DirectEmployers Association 2012 Annual Meeting and Conference.

As I type, Mary Ann LaRoche (Exec Director at SEEDS for Autism) is sharing with us how her Phoenix based 501(c)(3) vocational training program is dedicated to teaching autistic/Asperger adults a multitude of job skills related to the arts.  Very humbling.

It's incredible to see the difference that DEA is making in Fortune 500 companies across the U.S.  Even better to see how they give back a lot of that success to organizations like SEEDS for Autism who is making a huge difference in people's lives...every day.
