Roving Recruiter + Video Camera + Grad Students = Must See TV

I had the honor of speaking with a few graduate students tonight at DBU, invited by Professor Candy Hinkle (my long-time friend and consummate HR Professional).

We talked a lot about recruiting (in a web2.0 world), and the top 10 actions hiring managers can take to impact their quality of hire and cycle time in recruiting.

Everything was going just fine until we decided to have a bit of Q&A...
