Pay Per Click ... Per Hire - Recruiter's Dream

Hey Christie! Does this article mean that one day in the future I might be able to put an ad on AOL for an RF Engineer, and only pay when somebody clicks on the ad (don't stop there!) and actually gets hired?

Ok, ok, I'm not holding my breath, but wouldn't that be nice :)

CollegeRecruiter.com and a small number of other career sites are willing to charge per lead (resume submitted) or click. These programs usually only make sense for employers who want to generate hundreds of leads, thousands of clicks, or more.

Hey Dennis

Thanks for the shout out! Great article.....but I am not quite sure that will be the case. Great concept though, I will run it by the "big guys". ;-)
If postings & Ads were the only way you go about making your hires.....this would be a dream come true!

Do watch for some pretty exciting press coming out of AOL Aug 2nd though.

Hope you have a great weekend,

Christie
