Great cartoon in the last issue of Businessweek...couldn't find the pic online so I've got to describe it:

There's an ol' fart standing at the podium in cap 'n gown and he says:

"As this graduating class enters the workforce, I would encourage you to
question authority. Just don't do it on your blog site where your future
employer might see it."

Hmmm....this is a hot topic, eh?
