I Can't Afford My Gasoline

Here's a shout-out to our old Suburban. You've been good to us lo these many years, but honey, you are kickin' our booty with your 15 miles/gallon and our $2.91/gallon prices.

Paul - can't come to work today. For explanation, please see this video:

I Can't Afford My Gasoline

"I CAN'T AFFORD MY GASOLINE" needs a few more verses for accuracy:

I can’t afford my gasoli-i-ine
"Alaska's such a groovy scene --
You can’t drill there!" says Howard Dean,
"So just pay more for gasoline."

I can’t afford my gasoli-i-ine
"No new refining!" says ’ol Dean,
"And nuclear power’s just obscene!"
And so there’s pricey gasoline.

I can’t afford my gasoli-i-ine
My wallet’s getting mighty lean,
But Democrats just pose and preen,
While we run out of gasoline.
