#HotJob: Business Strategist (any major metro area)

Job Overview:
The Business Strategist is a key member of the T-Force Group team and is responsible for ensuring T-Force’s products and solutions are successfully adopted in their respective geography /customer segment. This role is strategic to our ability to win the architectural and business transformation currently underway in our industry. 

To accomplish this, the Business Strategist must work in a consultative manner in all aspects of our telecommunications strategy and vertical eco-system. S/he will be responsible for working with the T-Force field sales team to position T-Force Group’s solutions value in the context of industry specific regulations, challenges and business drivers.

In addition, the Business Strategist will work closely with customers and partners to influence and support their understanding of our technological differentiators, architectural advantages and financial benefits. The Business Strategist should take a prominent role in both shaping and evangelizing our vision, message and solutions.

* Leverage your proven technology and industry expertise to help T-Force Group realize its business goals by the thoughtful and credible application of T-Force Group’s technology, solutions and services.

* Become a trusted advisor and business partner to both our customers and our sales and services teams, ultimately helping each achieve their goals.

* Build C-level relationships with T-Force Groups customer and partners that result in deeper loyalty to T-Force Group and broader adoption of our solutions.

* Expand T-Force Group’s influence with key industry thought leaders and customers by helping to develop, articulate, and refine our overall strategy, technology vision, and build case study examples of customer impact.

* Align with the field sales/service executive(s) to develop, implement and maintain a plan for their assigned area(s)/accounts that is aligned with the overall sales and business strategy.

* Activities will include account acquisition and opportunity planning, business value mapping, partner alignment, training, and solutions definition/development, etc.

* Participation in regular territory reviews with sales teams resulting in a detailed understanding of the top deals in the region.

* Be a catalyst for building revenue growth momentum in each vertical sector.

* Although we’re not looking for a software developer, candidates must have a strong grasp of software (technology in general), and SaaS.
* Minimum 10+ years’ experience with business strategy development, business planning, market planning and analysis, and forecasting. 
* A thorough understanding of the telecommunications / healthcare industry, its current challenges and how the technology ecosystem plays a role in the industry’s current transformation.
* Must be able to clearly articulate how T-Force Group’s products and our product roadmap align to our overall technology vision.
* Ability to position T-Force Group solutions value within context of industry specific regulation drivers.
* Ability to navigate both customer and internal T-Force Group organizations and develop trust-based relationships.
* Minimum 10+ years’ experience with business strategy development, business planning, market planning and analysis, and forecasting.
