Delivering the Promise

David - I'm proud of you big brother.  It seems like yesterday when you called me at 1am to tell me that Jeremy was in the hospital and not expected to live.

I remember driving the 150 miles to the hospital that morning and feeling like it was 10,000 miles.  For 3 hours, I drove and prayed that Jeremy would live, and that you and Paula would survive through the pain if he didn't.

Incredibly, he survived.  And it seems like that one event set in motion a series of events that would change a lot of lives - forever.

I'm really, really, proud of you, David.  And of you, Jeremy. 

Our family has been blessed in ways that we'll never understand.
