I just received this email from a guy we hired 3 months ago.
Not every recruiter will agree, and that's ok.  But for me, this is what it's all about.

I had my 90-day checkup yesterday and it looks like ya’ll are going to keep me for awhile. I just wanted to thank you again for your work getting me in here – it was a life changer!
