How to Answer an Interview Question (help from the MarketingHeadhunter)

Private-sector employers added jobs in April for the third consecutive month, a signal that the nation's employment picture may be brightening, according to a report released Wednesday.

That's good news.

The bad news?  There's still a lot of unemployed and many are past the point of desperation.  If that's you, it might be time to consider what's going on in the interview.  What do you look like?  Sound like?  Are you prepared...no, I mean reaaaally prepared for the interview.  Do you know what you are going to say before you get there?  Are you able to communicate that message in such a compelling way that the interviewer has no choice but to keep your name at the top of her list?!

Here's what I'm talking about ~ read Harry's post and watch the video he references (Dana Perino).  Is this what you think of when you reflect on your interview experience? Perino is nothing if not compelling ~ and she knows her stuff.

As Harry notes,

"Why not be this good?.....This, to me, is what a highly monetize-able candidate should look and sound like."
In the interview, the person that "is this good," will be the person that gets the job.
