Position Purpose:
Lead a highly technical and customer focused team in support of companies multi vendor packet data networks.
Job duties of the team include but are not limited to:
Managing a 24x7 support rotation ensuring world class technical support to all operational areas; managing engineering data centers; administration and engineering of both Windows and Unix systems in support of Value Added Services and Network Management systems.
