Leap Wireless is reviewing the $5 billion takeover offer from MetroPCS.
Can you imagine this meeting...everybody sitting around a conference table wearing their most serious "I'm a wheeler-dealer-in-the-wireless-industry" grin.
"So, $5 billion...hmmm...let me think about it for a few days...long enough. We're in!"Actually, the market's reaction to Metro's offer was positive, and I think the folks at Leap are waiting around to get a new and improved offer from Metro.
