This HR leader is responsible for working cross-functionally with both the Retail, Retail Partner Sales, Business Sales organizations as well as the Enterprise Design, Development and Delivery teams. They will provide leadership for a team to conduct needs assessment, scope performance needs, conduct planning and analysis, design functional strategies, and create and deliver blended learning solutions that positively impact business objectives for these functional organizations.
This role is responsible for coaching, developing and supporting Instructional Designers, Sr. Instructional Designers as well as cross functional Design / Development and Delivery partners and should have demonstrated Instructional Design leadership performance.
