The Granola Windfall Tax

First of all, my grandfather would never believe somebody could pay $3.80 for a cup of coffee (cut him some slack, he never really knew a great cup of coffee).

But now, Quaker Oats (or Albertsons) is going to make him turn over in his grave if he hears about a box of cereal that costs...

...$7.49!

Seriously, Albertson's...you should be ashamed. Why would I pay $7.49 for a box of cereal when I can buy one gallon of gas for roughly the same price?!

Here's to the hope that somebody at my local grocery store is taking home a strong paycheck as a result of the granola-windfall-tax.
