ConverStations has been one of my must-reads for some time. Mike Sansone (the Conversation Conductor) has some serious blogging experience under his belt, and spends his days coaching business leaders to use Blogs and Social Media as "platforms for conversations" to connect with customers.
In his recent post titled, "But It's Just a Blog," Sansone describes blogs as web sites on vitamin juice (a reference to one of his former posts). And then does his best to describe the differences between a blog and a web site.
This is worth the 2 minutes it will take you to read the entire post - especially if you are interested in "connecting with your customer and amplifying your relationships."
