Sr. Performance Engineer, Frisco, TX - T-Mobile USA
The Senior Performance Engineer will be part of the T-Mobile Regional RF/BSS Performance Engineering Team for GSM and will be the lead technical resource for the Nokia network performance of the GSM Radio Network.
The Sr. Engineer will conduct extensive network performance analysis (such as AMR and GPRS/EDGE) and recommend a network strategy for improving network performance. They will also be responsible for providing the standard BSS parameters, counters & measurements and Network features to be implemented in the Network.
Additionally, this role will serve as the lead in testing Nokia BSS network performance features in the lab and market field trials, and then provide the recommended network features’ parameters and configurations.
This Sr. Engineer role will be the technical subject matter expert and will be required to do in depth analysis of new features and technologies, while mentoring RF Engineer, and Associate Engineers for technical growth?
