Blah, Blah, Blog!

Hey, some days you just need a good slap on the back. And today, that came from John Sumser.

John gave us the nod in his post today titled, "Blah, Blah, Blog!"

He gives us the thumbs up for actually apppearing to use our blog as a recruiting tool.

Well, for those of you who didn't know, that's exactly what it is. There's actually many more recruiting-related blogs much better than ours, but I appreciate him noticing it for what it is.

Our purpose? To inform the job-seeker about T-Mobile.

Our blog puts us a little closer to "real" people who are:

1) engaged in serious job search
2) happily employed but always interested in exploring something better
3) hard-core wireless geeks who just wanna talk shop

Our goal is not to make volume hires through the blog. Our goal is to get to know "you," and hopefully provide the opportunity for you to peek inside the walls of T-Mo just a little.

It's hard to do that with a company that says, "please apply online."
