If you are a regular reader of the top business-related blogs, you've noticed that Scott has made quite a name for himself over the last couple of days. A not so enviable name, that is.
I had to post it here because it reminded me of my favorite Will Rogers' quote:
"Live in such a way that you would not be ashamed to sell your parrot to the town gossip."
Now, tweek it a little to get this modern-day translation:
"Manage in such a way that you wouldn't mind having your Performance Appraisal posted in the blogosphere for all the world to read."
