Heather mentioned that David didn't need a catchy name because recruiters are attracted to a blog for the content - for the opportunity to be provoked to see and think about something in a way that is new to us. I like that. It got me to thinking about the whole Field of Dreams thing...if you build it, we will come.
This thing has serious potential for another blog on another day.
If you build it (a world-class recruiting team), we will come.
