Clinical Specialist I - Corpus Christi, TX (St Jude Medical) 

Reporting to the Regional Clinical Field Manager

Summary: 

The Clinical Specialist I will provide technical clinical and programming assistance, primarily in support of 1-2 Territory Manager(s).  The CS I will integrate in all accounts by building trust and establishing strong rapport.  The CS I will acquire knowledge of ANS products and gain acceptance of their assigned Territory Manager(s).  During the first year the CS I will become proficient in complex programming, case support and product knowledge.


On-going Responsibilities:
Provide technical advice and assistance to physicians and staff during initial implant or replacement/revision of ANS products, utilizing ANS-approved screening/programming techniques.  

Provide advice and assistance to hospital staff, physicians, and clinical personnel in trouble-shooting procedures consistent with ANS protocols or at appropriate medical facility to revise or fine-tune programs.

As directed, continue providing case support on an on-going basis to certain physicians in order to free up selling time for the Territory Manager.

Build rapport with Territory Manager's accounts 

The CS I will be expected to travel to surrounding territories on an as need basis.

Experience and Training:

Registered Nurse (RN) preferred, with 3+ years of experience in a Clinical setting.
