We are currently looking for a Traffic & AFP Engineers:

Description of responsibilities:
Frequency planning and traffic management functions for 2G (Siemens) and 3G (Lucent) RAN
• SCA data collection for IM/AFP, update neighbor lists, activate measurements, download logs, process with LMT tool, import in AFP and true up IM
• Utilize the AFP tool to produce optimal frequency plans per direction provided
• Complete provisioning WO’s (freq plan) for new sites
• Monitor capacity using appropriate tool set, issue growth WOs as applicable
• Support traffic forecasting requirements
• Support optimization activities (local retunes0

Experience & skills required:
• Excellent RF Skills
• Hands on experience with ACP/AFP
• Good knowledge of GSM/EDGE/UMTS
• Excellent communication skills
• Multi vendor experience for GSM and UMTS
• Good project management skills
• Should be able to work directly with the client

Education required (minimum): BSEE
