International Deployment Manager - Wireless Applications (Bellevue/Seattle)

Covestic is looking for two Project Managers to lead the implementation of a leading edge customer care service for mobile device users. The solution will require integration of a vendor's server and device-side software with a wireless service provider's network, devices and backend support applications. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating the planning, integration, pilot and phased rollout of the solution. This will require deft coordination of 'never-been-done-before' activities across multiple stakeholder groups.

The primary responsibilities of the Project Manager include:-Advocating the solution's value proposition and representing the solution in communications with key stakeholders.
-Developing a project plan detailing the solution implementation approach, success criteria, risks, activities, timeline, deliverables and resource expectations.
-Coordinating implementation activities across numerous groups within the software vendor (e.g., Account Management, Product Management, Development) and wireless carrier (e.g., Customer Care, IT, Engineering)
-Actively communicating project status and managing appropriate expectations across all stakeholder groups
-Driving consensus on critical solution design and implementation decisions.
-Facilitating identification and resolution of project impacting issues.

Ability to travel in Europe (60%) is required

Experience - External:
-5+ years Project Management experience. Previous systems integration consulting experience preferred.
-Full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience.
-2+ years of Wireless Telecommunications experience.
-Familiarity with relevant network infrastructure components (cell sites, radio equipment, network connectivity).
-Demonstrated success planning and delivering projects to customer expectations in fast paced environments.
-Excellent organization and coordination skills.
-Strong communication skills across both technical and business audiences.
-Understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). PMP certification preferred.
-Proficient with MS Office Tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
