Responsibilities

· Conduct detailed RF circuit design and simulation using Agilent ADS and Spice tools.

· Conduct characterization of power amplifier circuits measuring EVM, ACPR, and PAE.

· Design and test prototype RF circuits to verify response.

· Integrate prototype RF circuits with ADC/FPGA, power amplifier, and RFIC evaluation boards.

· Validate performance of complete transmitter evaluation platform integrated with prototype circuits

· Coordinate development and qualification of antenna matching device with supplier

· Use network analyzer and load pull system to test and characterize antenna matching device.

· Develop RF test plans and coordinate automated test software development

Qualifications

· Education – Minimum BSEE

· Experience – Minimum 5 years

· Experience in design of RF amplifier and detector circuits and knowledge of design tools such as Agilent ADS and Spice

· Knowledge of RF measurement and RF instrument control (signal generator, power meter, network analyzer, VSA)

· Technical writing skills and experience
