I'm headed to Boston this morning for the Recruiting Excellence 2007 conference.
Looking forward to hearing Lou Adler talk about Performance-Based Hiring on the first day, and I'm jazzed about the 2nd day when I'll get the opportunity to present on Recruiting Technology/Web 2.0 stuff.
