This Tech Support Engineer will be a part of the National Engineering and Operations Team to support the operation of the Comverse Insight Voicemail System for voicemail, email, MMS and SMS services.
It's a 24 x 7 On-call support rotation opportunity for a candidate that has in depth knowledge of GSM Networks and experience with ISUP, SMS, TCP/IP, and UNIX/Linux.
