Network Specialist - WiFi
T-Mobile HotSpot's Network team is searching for a Network Specialist with WLAN network experience to join its existing team in Carrollton, TX.
In this role, the Network Specialist with monitor network management systems and tracks all network problems to resolution. This includes working with subscribers, business, and site partners in notification of service impacting issues, and providing high quality customer service and follow through.
The Network Specialist will follow escalation and notification processes as required, and document network outages in a detailed fashion using Remedy trouble tracking system.
Previous experience working in a Network Operations Center environment is a big plus. Must have basic knowledge of standard WAN interconnection topologies and services, and an understanding of wireless LAN 802.11 networks, Internet architecture and security practices.
